About Genevera Miller, Yoga Instructor

Genevera studied in an eight-month 200-hour teacher training program with a focus on mindfulness and the eight limbs of yoga. She teaches classes in a variety of yoga styles at studios in Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and surrounding areas, and also offers private and group sessions. She invites self-inquiry and exploration in her classes.
